Sandy Harrington is one of Alltrust’s senior Client Advocacy Managers. Sandy joined Alltrust in 2003 and previously worked in the healthcare industry for over 15 years including, Florida Joint Replacement Center, AvMed, United Healthcare and Wakely and Associates. As a senior Client Advocacy Manager for Alltrust, Sandy spends the majority of her days doing exactly what her title says, being a personal advocate for our clients and their employees as it pertains to billing, claims, carrier education and more.
A Little More About Sandy
As an advocate for our clients and their employees, Sandy handles complex billing issues and questions; provides education and training on internet services available with corresponding insurance carriers on a group and member level; handles employee and/or employer issues with applicable insurance carriers; processes renewal changes and paperwork; and follows up with clients to ensure applicable deadlines are being met for any changes.
In her time with Alltrust, Sandy says the best thing about coming to work is “Knowing that what we do can make a significant impact for our clients and their employees. Helping an employee make informed decisions, guiding them to the most cost effective resource and hearing Thank You when it’s all done is what I enjoy.”
Sandy is from Flint Michigan, and loves road trips, playing cards and drag racing. In her time away from Alltrust, Sandy loves spending time with her husband of 20+ years, Brian and two children, Cassie and Bradley.
When asked who her role model is, Sandy replied “My mother. She taught me to always work hard and never give up.”
