Jennifer Barrall, one of Alltrust's Client Advocacy Managers, joined Alltrust in 2015 as a previous service provider at a carrier. Originally from Northern California, Jennifer currently lives in Safety Harbor. As a Client Advocacy Manager for Alltrust, Jennifer spends the majority of her days doing exactly what her title says, being a personal advocate for our clients and their employees as it pertains to billing, claims, carrier education and more.
A Little More About Jennifer
Additionally, Jennifer handles complex billing issues and questions, provides education and training on internet services available with corresponding insurance carriers, handles employee and/or employer issues with applicable insurance carriers, processes renewal changes and paperwork to generate replacement ID cards, and follows up with clients to ensure applicable deadlines are being met for any changes.
When asked her favorite thing about working at Alltrust, Jennifer replied, "Many companies "talk" team, but at Alltrust it is a TEAM."
In her spare time, Jennifer loves to bake and research the genealogy of her family. She also loves to visit the area with her fiance and visit with her two daughters. Jennifer is also the President of the Board of Directors for USFellowship.
When asked her hidden talent, Jen replied, "I speak Zoom talk!"
