Christine Crowell is one of Alltrust’s Benefits Specialists, originally from Connecticut and currently calls Lakeland ‘home.’ Christine joined Alltrust in 2013 after selling her property and casualty agency in Lakeland. Christine’s expertise and ability to provide exceptional customer service allows her tremendous opportunity as a Benefits Specialist.
A Little More About Christine
As a Benefits Specialist Christine is responsible for evaluating employee and employer needs for health insurance; handling all financial aspects of group health plans, including renewal negotiations, plan design, contribution strategy, etc.; conducting on-site enrollment meetings; reviewing employee benefit packages with new hires; and providing ongoing educational meetings to employees with any benefit implementation, benefit changes, and enhancements; and conducting annual reviews of employee benefit package options within and outside of the current carrier.
When asked about her favorite aspect of working for Alltrust, Christine replied, “the people I get to work with on a daily basis, both clients and colleagues.”
Within the community, Christine is the Vice President, Executive Board Member and Executive Committee member of Boy Scouts of America. She is also involved with the March of Dimes.
In her spare time, Christine enjoys spending time with her 3 children, being on the water, anything related with fitness, and reading.
When asked what superpower she would want, Christine replied, “I want to be Wonder Woman!”
